GlueArts U Cut It Adhesive Then & Now

Here at GlueArts, we like to think that we have an amazing line-up of crafting adhesives, perfect for any crafty style, theme, and project under the sun. Whether you are enjoying some summertime crafting with the kiddos, preserving your precious family memories, or taking a walk down memory lane, GlueArts is here for you with the right adhesive at the right time.

Take our U Cut It Foam Adhesive, for example. Designer Leslie Ashe shows how our foam really "stacks up" for lots of eye-catching drama and detail on her adorable Then & Now themed layout.

30 Years Ago Layout: Designer Leslie Ashe
Glue Arts Supplies:
3D U Cut It Foam Adhesive, Extreme Squares, Glue Glider pro with High Tac cartridge

Other:
papers: Pink Paislee, Crate Paper, Sassafrass Lass
cardstock, letters, embossing powder: American Crafts
spray mists: Tattered Angels, Shimmerz, October Afternoon, Maya Road
stickers: October Afternoon
brads: Crate Paper, K&CO.

Directions:
-after trimming patterned paper, cardstock & photo's to size, prepare your layout with spray mists (using a stencil as your background - in my case I used a negative from a sheet of butterfly punch outs), then add first photo.

-trim 2 more strips of patterned paper and lay under photo
-use 3D foam under 2nd photo (it can be a smaller photo, if you choose)

-turn photo over and you can instantly see the 3D effect of your photo standing up on top of your other photo.
-start adding embellishments. Some will be 3D like pictured:

-next using Extreme Squares - add centers to embellished butterflies

-it's that simple to make a 3D layout.
Like I've done before - I plan to keep this layout out on an easel in my scrap room because of my 3D embellishments. Later on I'll move it into a 3D window box frame.
