1. Take apart an envelope in a size you want and use it as a template. The envelope template I'm using makes about a 5x5 envelope so I can use a 6x12 sheet of paper to make one envelope.

2. Trace the envelope template onto your paper and then cut out the envelope.
3. Using a bone folder fold the envelope.
4. Using Perma Tac adhere the bottom flap to the folded sides of the envelope.

5. Cut a piece of chipboard to use as a cover and back to keep your envelopes protected. My cover/back is 5x5.
6. Using a crop-a-dile punch 2 holes in the envelope and cover/back to add jump rings to hold your book of coupons together.

7. Using Perma Tac adhere some patterned paper to the cover and decorate as desired.
8. Adhere buttons to your cover using Perma Tac Adhesive Squares

9. Put your book together and add labels to your envelopes to keep your coupons organized!

  11. I think this would be great for a coupon book or maybe an address book. Now you have me thinking. As for housework, I would much rather be crafting! But, I do have an obsession with a clean toilet. I love when my toilet sparkles and looks clean. Weired yes, but wouldn't you rather sit on my toilet knowing I clean it every day?

  12. Awesome projects! Love all the details and dimension! I am obsessed with having the laundry baskets empty! Not sure why, but I am. I like laundry because while the washer and dryer are running I can do something else, really makes me feel like I am multi tasking!! Thanks for the chance!

  15. I hate to clean under pressure....give me a day when I can clean awhile, drink some coffee, watch a tv show or two, and scrap some in between and I'm fine...put me on a dealine of having to be done by such and such time and I HATE it. I'm loving your blog more all the time....it makes a great stop off point when I have reached my limit at work!

  38. Actually, yes, I am a modern homemaker and have been for about 19 yrs now. There have been times I really wish I'd had a job instead of always being the primary caregiver to my three sons, the baker, cook, cleaner, launderer, driver, etc., but all in all it has been a great ride and very rewarding internally. I think my favorite part has been baking and cooking homemade meals for my family ... they always appreciate it so much :)

I love a clean house at all times, I have taught my children that if you get it out, you are to put it back when you are finished with it...A clean house is like a gift, like making your bed every day, when you walk into your room, everything is in the proper place...and it takes no time at all to keep it this way, if you stay on top of it...My craft room is another story, it has a door that remains closed... :)
